트럼프 대통령은 "인력을 양성하는 방법은 해당 분야에 능숙한 사람을 불러들여 일정 기간 머물게 하고 도움을 받도록 하는 것"이라고 설명했다.

President Trump explained that the way to train the workforce is to bring in experts in the relevant field and have them stay for a certain period to provide assistance.

그는 "전문가를 불러들여 우리 국민을 훈련해서 그들(미국인)이 직접 할 수 있도록 하는 방안을 마련해야 한다"고 덧붙였다.

He added that they need to bring in experts to train American workers so that they can do it themselves.

이에 따라 미국에 투자하고 진출한 우리 기업들의 오랜 민원이었던 미국 비자 문제가 해결될지 주목된다.
