Learn Korean Today is a free Korean reading platform built by a Korean native speaker with a background in English language education.
After seven years of teaching English, I noticed that one of the hardest things for Korean learners wasn't grammar or vocabulary in isolation — it was reading real Korean as it actually appears in everyday life. Textbook Korean and real Korean are two different languages. This site exists to close that gap.
Every lesson is built around authentic Korean news articles, rewritten and graded for learners at the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Each passage comes with vocabulary breakdowns, a bilingual reading text, cultural notes, and comprehension questions — so you're not just reading, you're understanding.
