정부는 26일 오후 8시 20분경 대전 유성구 국가정보자원관리원에서 발생한 화재로 인해 정부 온라인 서비스 70개가 마비되자 위기단계를 '경계'에서 '심각'으로 격상했다.

행정안전부는 윤호중 장관 주재로 화재 대응 상황판단회의를 개최했다. 현재 장애로 인해 다수 행정서비스 이용이 제한되고 있어 접근성이 높은 민간 포털 네이버 공지를 통해 국민 행동요령을 안내했다.

The Ministry of the Interior and Safety held a situation assessment meeting chaired by Minister Yoon Ho-jung. Due to the disruptions, many administrative services are currently limited, so the government is providing guidance to the public through a notice on the popular Naver portal.

대면 민원처리의 경우 해당 서비스 가능 여부를 전화로 확인하고, 현장에서도 지연이나 제한이 있을 수 있다고 안내했다. 또한 일부 서비스는 대체 사이트를 통해 이용이 가능하다고 밝혔다.

The government advised that for in-person civil affairs processing, people should check service availability by phone, as there may be delays or limitations on-site. It also stated that some services can be accessed through alternative websites.

화재는 국가정보자원관리원 5층 전산실 리튬이온 배터리에서 발생한 것으로 추정된다. 정부는 이번 화재로 정부 전산자원을 통합 관리하는 국가정보자원관리원의 기능이 마비되면서 70개 이상의 정부 온라인 서비스가 중단된 것으로 파악하고 있다.

The fire is believed to have started in the lithium-ion batteries on the 5th floor of the data center at the National Information Resources Management Center.
