10일 한국부동산원 통계에 따르면, 올해 1~6월 서울에서 20대가 사들인 아파트는 총 790가구로, 전년 동기(555가구) 대비 약 42.3% 증가했다.

자산 형성 기간이 비교적 짧은 20대는 노원구 일대 중소형 면적 아파트를 매수한 것으로 분석된다.

올해 상반기 30대의 서울 아파트 매입 규모는 총 1만 4269가구로, 전년 동기(8062가구) 대비 약 77.0% 증가했다.

In the first half of this year, the scale of apartment purchases by people in their 30s in Seoul was a total of 14,269 households, an increase of about 77.0% compared to the same period last year (8,062 households).

지난해 상반기에도 성동구(565가구)가 30대 매입 1위 지역이었다.

고준석 교수는 "여의도와 당산이 있는 영등포구는 한강 벨트 지역이면서 교통 여건이 좋다"며 "가격이 상대적으로 덜 올라 30대가 매입에 나선 것으로 보인다"고 설명했다.

Professor Go Jun-seok explained that "Yeongdeungpo-gu, which has Yeouido and Dangsan, is located in the Han River belt area and has good transportation conditions," and "it seems that people in their 30s have started purchasing apartments there because the prices have risen relatively less."
