The victim of the Busan kick-back incident, Kim Jin-ju, appeared as a witness in the trial of the perpetrator, A, who is accused of threatening her.

According to legal sources, the trial of the perpetrator, A, for the charge of retaliatory threats related to the Busan kick-back incident was held at the Busan District Court's Western Branch that afternoon on the 13th.

On that day, the victim, Kim, appeared as a witness in the courtroom. A has been on trial for the charge of retaliatory threats since March of last year.

A denies the charge. Kim, who took the stand in court that day, testified about her emotional state when she heard the statement A made in the detention center.

Before Kim's testimony, the court said "It seems inappropriate for the defendant and the witness to be together" and sent A out of the courtroom.

Kim said she "felt great fear." She mentioned having to appear in court again due to A's threatening statement.
