경상남도의 한 태권도장 관장이 초등학생 등 아동들을 상대로 성범죄를 저질렀다는 제보가 JTBC 〈사건반장〉을 통해 보도되었습니다.

A report was broadcast on JTBC's "Case Captain" that the instructor of a taekwondo studio in Gyeongsangnam-do committed sex crimes against elementary school students and other children.

제보자인 초등학교 2학년 피해 아동 딸의 학부모에 따르면, 지난 20일 태권도장 측으로부터 "관장 부재중으로 다른 지점에서 운동할 수 있다"는 안내 문자를 받았다고 합니다.

According to the parents of the victimized 2nd-grade elementary school student who filed the report, they received a text message from the taekwondo studio on the 20th saying that "the instructor is absent and you can exercise at another location."

딸의 말에 따르면 태권도장에서는 수업 시간 중 안대로 눈을 가리는 '흑백 놀이'가 종종 진행됐다고 합니다.

According to their daughter, "black and white games" where students wore blindfolds during class were often conducted at the taekwondo studio.

제보자는 "딸이 태권도를 그만두고 싶다고 말했을 때 그 말을 들어주지 못하고, 학교는 빠져도 태권도장은 늘 보냈던 게 너무 미안하고 후회스럽다"고 털어놨습니다.

The informant said, "I'm very sorry and regretful that I couldn't listen to my daughter when she said she wanted to quit taekwondo, and that I always sent her to the taekwondo studio even when she skipped school."

관장은 태권도장에서 다리 찢기를 시킨 뒤 신체를 만졌으며, 차량 안에서는 안대를 씌운 채 더 심각한 수준의 성범죄를 저질렀다고 이 학부모는 주장했습니다.

The parent claimed that the instructor made the students do leg stretches at the taekwondo studio and then touched their bodies, and in the vehicle, he committed more serious sexual crimes against them while they were blindfolded.

일부 학생들은 관장의 범행 장면을 직접 목격하기도 했다고 합니다.

Some students also directly witnessed the instructor's criminal acts.

관장은 아이들에게 안대를 씌운 채 음란 행위를 하면서, 그 모습을 직접 동영상과 사진으로 촬영해 보관한 것으로 알려졌습니다.

It is known that the instructor committed indecent acts on the children while they were blindfolded, and directly filmed and photographed those scenes, keeping the recordings.
